My husband and I used Best Jamaica for the first time. We booked with them for our transportation to and from the airport. Our experience with Best Jamaica started out with prompt, informative, and friendly customer service via emails with Shamelia. Our driver from the airport to our resort was Leroy. He was friendly and welcoming and talked briefly about Jamaica and the places we passed on our way to our resort. Derek picked up us from our resort at the confirmed time and safely got us back to the airport. Both drivers were kind and their vehicles were clean and cool. We will definitely be using Best Jamaica on our next trip to Jamaica.

I visited Montego Bay in September on a vacation trip with my husband and another couple. We used Best Jamaica for our round trip airport transfers. This was my second time using this company and their services. Every time service was top tier. For my booking process the team corresponded via emails. They were very professional and communicated in a timely manner at all times The team was Very responsive and they really made sure your experience was superior. Upon our arrival at the airport someone awaited us with my name on placard and took us to our private transportation. No wait at all. We offered water and then we were on our way to our hotel. Our driver gave us a brief history of the various monuments and hotels along the coast while on our way. The driver was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable because he drove cautiously. While on our stay We even used the company again for transportation into Montego Bay. This time a different driver and again he was on time, courteous and professional! I will always recommend Best Jamaica, it’s private transportation and they are reasonable price. Felt like a limousine service! The transportation is modern and clean. I am glad I found this reliable transportation service for excursion and airport transfers while visiting Montego Bay.
